What This Tool Checks

The hub port scan tool performs a small, bounded TCP connection check against public targets only. It is designed for hub owners who need to verify common Direct Connect ports from the hublist server.

When To Use It

Use it when a hub is listed but clients cannot connect, when router forwarding changed, or when you need to compare protocol ports.

Why It Helps Hub Owners

A public hub can resolve in DNS and still be unreachable if a firewall, NAT rule, VPS security group, or hub service blocks the port.

What To Check

  • This is not a full vulnerability scanner; it checks a limited set of hub-related ports.
  • Private and reserved networks are blocked for safety.
  • Protocol mismatch matters because NMDC, NMDCS, ADC, and ADCS may use different ports.
