DC++ Support

Get Direct Connect Support

Good support starts with the right question and the right place. Use the guides below to solve a client or hub problem yourself, then use a live support hub when you need another operator or experienced user to look at the details.

Live Support Hubs

  • DC Admin Arena: nmdcs://dc-admin-arena.pwiam.com:5111 is a support hub for hub admins and moderators. Bring the hub address, hub software and version, your client version, and the exact error or log excerpt.
  • uHub Support: adcs://adcs.uhub.org:1511 is the uHub support hub. Use an ADCS-capable client and review the certificate details shown by your client before connecting.

Help With A DC++ Client

Start with DC Clients to compare client types, protocol support, connection modes, and first-run choices. Use DC Hublists and Hublists when a client cannot refresh a hub directory or needs the correct list format. Hubs lets you check a live hub address, protocol, and current listing before you join it.

Help For Hub Operators

Read Verlihub for Verlihub installation, configuration, command, and operating material. Read uHub for uHub architecture and documentation links. If your public hub should appear in the directory, use Add Hub and publish the exact address, protocol, and a current description.

Chat And Connection Diagnostics

Hub Chat explains the administrative Hub Chat workspace, profile fields, session controls, and its limits. It is a diagnostic tool, not a way to bypass hub passwords, bans, or access rules.

Make A Support Request Easy To Answer

State whether you use NMDC, NMDCS, ADC, or ADCS; include the hub address, client or server version, operating system, and the full visible error. Remove passwords, private keys, personal files, and access tokens before sharing any log. A short reproducible sequence is more useful than a guess about the cause.
